Your data, your rules

The short version

- ✓Use the app without signing in — your data stays in your browser.
- ✓Delete your account anytime and we wipe everything.
What we collect
Without an account: Nothing. Zero. Your tasks live in your browser's localStorage. We can't see them.
With an account: Your email (to sign you in), and the tasks, categories, and preferences you create. That's it.
We collect basic analytics (what pages people visit, what browsers they use) but none of it is tied to you personally.
Where it lives
AI features
When you use AI auto-planning or voice copilot, your task titles are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for processing.
We only send the task text — no email, no account info, no personal identifiers. Cloudflare processes the request and discards it.
Cookies
We use one authentication cookie to keep you signed in. That's the only cookie.
No tracking pixels. No third-party analytics cookies. No retargeting. Your browser preferences (theme, font) are stored in localStorage — not sent to us.
Your rights
You can always:
- Ask for a copy of your data
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your account and all data
- Export your data
If you're in the EU, all GDPR rights apply. Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Deleting your data
Delete your account and we remove everything within 30 days. Tasks you've trashed in the app auto-delete after 30 days too.
If you never created an account, there's nothing to delete on our end — clear your browser data and it's gone.
